Character design development
Post containes steps from sketches to fully shaded refsheet with illustrative implication on this. I did redesign of the current model of Cakess Vtuber. The main requirements were to save the colours and make the character more mature and lore oriented.

Refsheet layout's versions
A bit of adjustments. We added oni on the back of the coat.
Jacket, laces and shorts options.
Masks! Main point was to merge Oni and Neko japaneze masks, but make them black-red. The right one is the chosen one.
Faces. We picked 1 and 2 faces and merged then in the result
Alchemy is happening. Some of early designs were merged.
