Final form!

The avatar should have three basic emotions and have repetetive pattern on the coat. The idea of making triangles as pattern is not new, but character could be edgy sometimes, so sharp triangle is it. Additionally, I used 3 as the rythm for whole design.

Clothes coloring with palettes. I was pretty sure for 1st variant to fit the task, but decided to make several variants with different palette sets.

Faces! Our character should be sleepy and not very emotional in his usual mood.
2 and 4 got chosen and merged for the final consept.
